My buddy David over at eXtra For Every Publisher got some nice video of another buddy Gary Vaynerchuk giving his keynote address at Blog World Expo this year.  David’s server was getting pounded with the download, so I have mirrored it here as well as given you a few more file format options (Quicktime movie and 3gp for iPhone or iPod touch).

For those that don’t know, Gary started Wine Library TV over 600 episodes ago and now has a religious audience of 85,000 viewers a day.  He is widely sought after for speeches, company consulting, team building, etc.  if you are new to this Web 2.0 world and are looking for some clarity in a sea of “experts”, this guy is definitely one to watch.  He offers up some good business advice on his personal blog, GaryVayNerChuk.com.

This video is available on Viddler in a much lower quality version if you want it, but most everyone is wanting the higher quality, which is why David got hammered and why we are mirroring for him here.

Right click the below links and choose the save option to save these to your local computer and watch.

The Original .avi shot by David (~787 megs)

Quicktime Movie (~207 megs)

iPhone 3gp (~22 megs)

Thank you to David for taking the video, visit his website, tons of killer stuff there.  Also, please contact David via the contact form on his site before re-posting this anywhere else.  thanks.

The wife and I went downtown tonight for dinner, completely forgetting that the 2008 Firefighter Memorial was earlier today.  This has, in years past, always proven to be a spectacular evening of pipers and drumers from all over the world, and tonight was no different.  I streamed a lot of the video live to my QIK account. Below are four video’s.

First is the Pipe & Drum Corp marching down Tejon Street.  Second is is a brief interview with a firefighter that had the bag for his pipes made from the leg of turnouts, third is the corp marching towards the Phantom Canyon Brewery  and Fourth is them inside of Phantom Canyon playing for a very appreciative (and suprised) audience of dinner guests (the 4th is a must watch, awesome).  Well done, my hats off to all of them and all of the brothers & sisters that have given their life for our safety.
